We are looking for an accomplished business leader to establish and lead our Oncology Division , driving strategic growth, commercial excellence, and clinical adoption across the country.

Position Summary The National Head – Oncology will be responsible for leading the Oncology business across India with complete ownership of business strategy, commercial operations, market expansion, P&L;, and organizational development.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Oncology Medical Devices , with exposure to Urology and Interventional Radiology (IR) considered a solid advantage. This role requires a strategic leader capable of building high-performing teams, strengthening key clinical partnerships, and driving sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute the national growth strategy for the Oncology Division.
- Drive business expansion, revenue growth, profitability, and market share.
- Own the complete P&L; and annual business planning process.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and portfolio expansion initiatives.

Commercial Leadership

- Build and lead a high-performing national sales and clinical applications team.
- Develop strategic relationships with major cancer hospitals, healthcare networks, and key accounts.
- Drive sales performance, capital equipment business, and long-term customer engagement.





Leadership & Organizational Development

- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing national team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.
- Work closely with Marketing, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service teams to execute business strategies.

Candidate Profile

Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Postgraduate qualification preferred.

Experience

- 18+ years of leadership experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Life Sciences.
- Extensive Oncology experience is mandatory and will be given the highest preference.
- Experience in Urology and/or Interventional Radiology (IR) is highly desirable.
- Proven success in leading national businesses with full P&L; responsibility.
- Strong track record in launching and scaling oncology portfolios and managing high-value capital equipment businesses.
- Well-established relationships with leading hospitals, healthcare institutions, and oncology KOLs across India.
