Why This Role Exists
We believe AI has permanently changed what a small, talented creative team can produce — and we are building accordingly. CloudLex is in the middle of a deliberate, ambitious expansion of its marketing function, and we are hiring people who have already made the leap into AI-native creative work. Every quarter we launch more campaigns, more content, more channels, and more creative formats than the one before.
We are not catching up to that pace — we are setting it. You will be at the center of a marketing organization deliberately designed for the AI era: faster, smarter, and more creative than anything a traditional team structure allows.
We are not hiring a traditional graphic designer or video editor. We are hiring an AI-native creative operator —
someone who has already replaced the slow, manual parts of design and editing with the latest generation of AI tools, and produces polished, on-brand assets across formats every single day.
If the idea of turning a blog brief into a finished LinkedIn carousel, a hero graphic, a 30-second reel, and a one- pager sounds like a good day at work — this role is built for you.
What You Will Own
1. High-velocity creative production across formats
• Translate marketing briefs — ad concepts, blogs, social posts, TLJ interviews, product launches, event collateral — into finished design assets across static, motion, and video formats.
- Ship a high daily volume of final, on-brand creatives: ad graphics, LinkedIn carousels, reels, short-form videos, podcast/interview clips, infographics, 1-pagers, email banners, landing page visuals, and event collateral.
- Own end-to-end execution: from concept and storyboard to final export, sized and optimized for each channel (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, web, email).
1. AI-first creative workflows
• Use the latest AI design, image, and video generation tools as your primary creative environment — not as an occasional add-on.
- Build and continuously refine prompt libraries, reusable templates, and AI workflows that compress days of work into hours.
- Stay ahead of the curve: evaluate new AI creative tools as they launch, run quick pilots, and bring proven additions into our stack.
1. Multimodal, Multimedia motion & podcast/interview production
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content: TLJ attorney interviews, podcast episodes, client testimonials, product explainers, ad creatives, and social reels.
- Use AI video and audio tools for editing, clip generation, captioning, voice cleanup, B-roll generation, thumbnails, and repurposing long-form content into multiple short clips.
- Deliver platform-ready cuts for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X, and TLJ channels.
1. Brand consistency at scale
• Hold the line on CloudLex visual identity across every asset that goes out, ensuring one consistent brand experience across our connected ecosystem.
- Build and maintain master templates, design systems, and asset libraries so that speed never comes at the cost of brand quality.
- Partner with the marketing team to evolve our visual language as our four-pillar ecosystem narrative matures.
1. Cross-functional collaboration
• Work directly with the marketing leadership, product marketing, performance marketing,
content, and TLJ editorial teams to convert briefs into shipped assets — daily.
- Take feedback in quick loops, iterate quickly, and keep multiple parallel projects moving without losing quality.
- Contribute creative ideas — not just execute. We expect you to bring concepts, references, and a strong point of view.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of professional design and video editing experience, with a portfolio that proves both quality and output velocity.
- Demonstrated, hands-on mastery of AI creative tools, such as: Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly,
Stable Diffusion, Runway, Sora, Kling, Pika, HeyGen, Synthesia, Descript, ElevenLabs, Suno, Krea,
Magnific, Topaz, CapCut AI, Adobe Generative Fill, Canva AI, Figma AI, Galileo, Recraft, Ideogram, and similar.
- Strong foundation in traditional design and editing tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalents. AI accelerates the work — the underlying craft still matters.
- Proven daily output: comfortable producing finished assets a day across formats.
- Sharp eye for typography, layout, color, composition, and motion. AI generates raw material; you turn it into something that looks like CloudLex.
- Solid short-form video instincts: pacing, hook-first edits, captions, thumbnails, and an understanding of what performs on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Meta.
- Excellent prompt-engineering skills for image, video, and motion generation, with a personal library of prompts, styles, and references you reuse and refine.
- Strong written and spoken English — you will read briefs, ad copy, and editorial content directly and translate them into visuals without losing nuance.
