Multimedia Intern (Hybrid) – Mumbai

About the Role:

Proxsoft Developers is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Multimedia Intern to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, branding, photography, videography, and digital storytelling. You 'll work closely with our marketing and business teams to create engaging content that strengthens our online presence and showcases our products, culture, and brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design social media creatives, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form video content.
- Assist in planning and executing content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and copy for social media posts and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest improvements to increase reach and audience engagement. Collaborate with different teams to create employer branding and promotional content.
- Assist with basic video editing, motion graphics, and multimedia production.

Required Skills:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Media, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Good understanding of major social media platforms and content trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut,



or similar creative tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills are preferred. Strong creativity, communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Eligibility:

- Previous internship or experience in social media management, digital marketing etc, is highly preferred.
- Candidates who actively manage Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, or other social media pages with solid engagement or a substantial following will be given preference.
- Applicants with an impressive portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, photography, videography, graphic design, reels, or content creation are strongly encouraged to apply.

Internship Details
