Multi Crew Cooperation (*)

Pan Am Flight Academy offers a crew-based training program for pilots who have not previously operated in a multi-crew workplace. Upon completion, pilots will be proficient in multi-crew operations with a focus on operating safely in the National Airspace System under Instrument flight Rules.

Course Breakdown The MCC training emphasizes the development of skills necessary for working efficiently in a multi-crew environment.

Enrollment Requirements

- Valid ICAO Airman Certificate with multiengine and instrument ratings
- ICAO Level 4 English language competence

Program takes 45 hours, with 25 hours in ground training + 20 in ftd. Training contents include:
- Crew Resource Management
- Decision Making
- Task Management
- Use of Checklists
- Team Member Support
- Multi-crew Environment Safety Operations

(*) This course is not a Pan Am FAA-approved curricula and will not result in any training that is designed to satisfy any requirement of 14 CFR chapter 1.
