Position: MS Dynamics CRM Tester (Airline Booking Domain)

Location : India (Remote)

Experience : 6+ Years

Role Type : Contract

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics CRM Tester with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM , Airline Booking/Reservation , and Automation Testing using Selenium Java .

Key Requirements:

- 6+ years of Software Testing/QA experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Strong domain knowledge of Airline Booking, Ticketing, Check-in, Loyalty & Reservations
- Automation Testing using Selenium WebDriver with Java
- API Testing (Postman/REST Assured) and SQL for backend validation
- Experience with TestNG/JUnit, Maven/Gradle, JIRA/Azure DevOps
- Valuable understanding of STLC, SDLC, Agile, and CRM integrations
