Role Description The MS D365 Functional Consultant will work on-site Pan India as per the client location in a full-time capacity, partnering closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional designs within Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting workshops, documenting business processes, configuring D365 modules, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.

The consultant will participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support, as well as prepare functional documentation and user training materials. The role also involves ongoing optimization of implemented solutions, troubleshooting functional issues,



and providing guidance on best practices and process improvements. The consultant will contribute to projects across key sectors such as industry, education, and finance, ensuring solutions align with regulatory, operational, and performance expectations.

- Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, interpret data, and design effective D365 solutions.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for stakeholder workshops, documentation, and user training.
- Candidates should possess deep understanding of business processes in education industry.
- Candidates should possess deep understanding of business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR, student management) and their mapping into D365 ERP and CRM.
- Candidates should possess consulting skills, including client engagement, requirement gathering, and solution recommendation.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of finance concepts and their implementation in D365 finance-related modules.
- Relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) functional consulting, including configuration and implementation across modules.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders in an on-site project environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are an advantage.
- Experience with AI-driven or data-driven solutions, familiarity with testing methodologies, and strong problem-solving skills are beneficial.
