Role Description This is a full-time, in office Mould Maintenance role based in Vijayawada East. The position is responsible for routine inspection, cleaning, and servicing of moulds used in production to ensure efficient, safe, and uninterrupted operations. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing issues in moulds and associated equipment, performing scheduled preventive maintenance, and carrying out repairs to minimize downtime.

The role involves collaborating with production and quality teams, maintaining maintenance records, and following safety and compliance procedures.



The team member will also support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting maintenance-related process enhancements and ensuring that tools, spare parts, and materials are properly managed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance to keep moulds and related machinery in optimal working condition.

- Candidates should possess skills in Preventive Maintenance to plan, schedule, and execute regular servicing activities that reduce breakdowns.

- Candidates should possess skills in Maintenance & Repair to identify wear, replace components, and restore moulds and equipment to proper function.

- Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose mechanical or process issues and implement effective solutions.

- Relevant experience in mould maintenance, plastics or polymer manufacturing, or industrial textiles production is preferred.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.

- Strong attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment.

- Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Tool & Die, or a related field is beneficial.
