Key Responsibilities:

- Load feeders, reels, trays, and verify part numbers against the BOM.
- Perform machine setup, program loading, and changeover procedures.
- Calibrate feeders and maintain nozzles for optimal placement accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot placement errors. (missing, skewed, rotated, or misaligned components)
- Verify first-article placement using AOI or manual inspection.
- Refill components without stopping production flow.
- Respond promptly to machine alarms and production stoppages.
- Maintain organized feeder carts and ensure traceability of components.
- Perform daily machine cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks.

Skills & Requirements:

- Robust understanding of SMT components and their polarity.




- Ability to identify and differentiate component packages. (0402/0603, ICs, BGA, QFN, etc.)
- Knowledge of machine operating software (Yamaha, Juki, Fuji, Panasonic, etc.). Fuji Preferred in our case.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under production schedules and respond quickly to machine issues.
