Our team thrives on fast-paced creative cycles, blending editorial precision with cinematic flair to deliver scroll-stopping, platform-optimized motion visuals that drive engagement and conversion.

Role & Responsibilities

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, platform-tailored motion videos—from 15s TikTok clips to 2-min brand films.

- Collaborate with Creative Directors and Copywriters to translate briefs into visually compelling narratives with precise pacing, rhythm, and emotional tonality.

- Apply color grading, motion graphics, audio mixing, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand consistency across deliverables.

- Deliver final exports optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TV broadcast specs, ensuring compliance with technical and platform guidelines.

- Manage version control, asset organization,



and feedback loops using cloud-based review tools like Frame.io or Wipster.

- Stay ahead of emerging trends in social video formats, editing styles, and trending audio/visual motifs to keep content culturally relevant and high-performing.
