Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Indore.

The Motion Graphic

Designer will create engaging motion graphics and visual content for social media campaigns, marketing materials, and brand communication. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing ideas, designing storyboards, animating graphics, and collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to deliver high-quality video assets. The role also involves adapting designs for different platforms, maintaining brand consistency,



and optimizing visual content for performance and audience engagement. The designer will participate in review cycles, incorporate feedback, and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including editing and post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for digital and social media formats.
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar).
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing motion graphics and social-media-focused visual work.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and animations.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in office in Indore.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field is preferred.
