NWhat You'll Do

nYour primary focus will be producing motion and video content for our paid media and marketing initiatives, while collaborating closely with creative and marketing teams.

NMotion Graphics & Video Responsibilities

NDesign and produce animated content for paid social, display ads, teaser videos, and digital campaigns.

NEdit short-form videos including teaser videos using Adobe Premiere Pro for marketing distribution.

NCreate and edit internal communications videos as needed.

NWork closely with copywriters, designers, and business units to develop captivating campaigns that are fun and engaging.

NContribute to campaigns tailored for both U.S. and Latin American audiences.

NExport and optimize assets for web, mobile, and social platforms.

NRequired Skills & Experience

N4+ years of experience inmotion design or animation,



with a focus on digital advertising and marketing.

NExpert proficiency in Adobe After Effects (including expressions, motion principles, and template creation).

NProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing.

NStrong understanding of exporting, compression, and optimization of video and animation files for web and social platforms.

NDemonstrated experience creating animations for paid media including social ads, display banners, and email.

NAbility to work independently while collaborating with remote teams across time zones.

NStrong sense of timing, storytelling, and visual design.

NNice-to-Have Skills

nFamiliarity with AI-driven tools for creative enhancements (e.G., AI-assisted motion or automation).

NExperience in 3D or emerging motion technologies.

NExperience with sound design or audio editing for video (a plus).

NKnowledge of design toolslike Photoshop and Illustrator for creating assets to animate.
