About the Role

We are looking for a creative, aesthetically driven Motion Graphic Designer with strong design fundamentals and a sharp eye for visual storytelling. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable with motion, graphics, video, events, and AI-led creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality motion graphics, reels, videos, animations, and digital creatives.
- Design static creatives, campaign assets, event grids, event collaterals, and brand communication.
- Develop concepts and translate briefs into visually compelling executions.
- Work across 2D animation, compositing, video editing, typography, transitions, and VFX.
- Use AI tools for ideation, image generation, creative exploration, and production.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, Strategy, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain strong brand consistency and visual quality across deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
- Stay updated with design, motion, AI, and visual trends.





What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a creative/advertising agency.
- Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of aesthetics, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent graphic design + motion design skills.
- Robust AI skills and hands-on experience with AI creative tools.
- Experience with events, experiential creatives, social media, and digital campaigns is a plus.
- Strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to take a brief from concept to final execution independently.

Portfolio is Mandatory

Candidates must share an updated portfolio/showreel showcasing their motion, graphic design, and creative work. Applications without a portfolio/showreel will not be considered.
