We are looking for a talented 2D Animator / Motion Graphics Designer with experience in creating engaging animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos for digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Adobe After Effects, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and prior experience in the eLearning industry. You will collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and content teams to develop high-quality learning experiences for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for eLearning courses, corporate training modules, and marketing videos.

- Develop engaging explainer videos from storyboard through final production.

- Animate illustrations, icons, typography, UI elements, infographics, and other visual assets.

- Add transitions, visual effects, kinetic typography, and motion elements to enhance learner engagement.

- Synchronize animations with voice-over, background music, and sound effects.

- Edit and export videos in multiple formats for web, LMS, and mobile platforms.

- Work closely with Instructional Designers, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, and Project Managers to understand project requirements and learning objectives.

- Ensure visual consistency, branding, and quality standards across all deliverables.

- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting quality and delivery timelines.

- Contribute creative ideas during concept development and storyboard discussions.

- Optimize animation files for performance and different delivery platforms.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in animation, motion graphics, AI tools, and digital learning technologies.





Required Skills & Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in 2D Animation and Motion Graphics.

- Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory).

- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

- Experience creating professional explainer videos and animated learning content.

- Prior experience in the eLearning, Learning & Development, or corporate training industry.

- Good understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, typography, pacing, and motion design.

- Ability to interpret scripts and storyboards into engaging visual content.

- Experience working with voice-over synchronization and audio integration.

- Strong attention to detail and quality.

- Good written and spoken English communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools for animation, video editing, image generation, or voice generation.

- Experience with character animation and rigging.

- Familiarity with LMS-based learning content.

- Understanding of accessibility standards for digital learning.

- Basic knowledge of video optimization and compression techniques.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
