Position: Motion Graphics Artist & Instagram Reels Editor

We’re looking for a creative Motion Graphics Artist & Video Editor who can turn ideas, scripts and raw footage into engaging, visually polished content for Instagram.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable with motion graphics, video editing, typography, transitions and storytelling - not someone who only knows basic reel editing.

- Edit Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content from raw footage.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, kinetic typography and transitions .
- Bring static creative concepts to life through animation.
- Work with scripts, storyboards and creative briefs to develop the right visual treatment.
- Create reels with solid hooks, pacing, storytelling and visual rhythm .
- Add subtitles, sound effects, music, graphics and other elements that enhance the content.
- Create branded animations, logo animations, text animations and social media graphics.
- Adapt existing designs into motion/video formats.
- Work closely with the creative and content team to develop new visual styles and formats.




- Keep up with current Instagram/Reels editing trends and motion design styles .
- Deliver content in the correct formats, dimensions and specifications for different social platforms.

Must be good at:

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Photoshop / Illustrator
- Motion graphics
- Short-form video editing
- Transitions & visual effects
- AI tools - Imagen and Video gen tools

We're looking for someone who has:

- Has a strong visual sense , not just software knowledge.
- Understands what makes a Reel watchable and engaging .
- Can take a simple idea and turn it into an interesting visual.
- Has good understanding of timing, pacing, composition and typography .
- Can work independently from a brief.
- Is comfortable experimenting with different editing and animation styles.
- Pays attention to small details.
- Can handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Is willing to learn and adapt to different brand styles.

A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
