? We’re Hiring: Motion Designer / Illustrator
Yashoma is looking for a talented Motion Designer / Illustrator to join us on a contract basis and help shape the visual language of our upcoming maternal & child-care platform.
Yashoma is building a warm, medically credible, and genuinely useful digital experience for women during pregnancy and early motherhood. Design is central to how we build trust.
? What You’ll Work On
- Create engaging illustrations and motion graphics for our product and content
- Translate medical and anatomical references into a friendly, consistent visual style
- Design animations for mobile using Rive, Lottie, or After Effects + Bodymovin
- Build visual assets optimized for mobile performance
- Collaborate closely with our small founding team in an async workplace
? What We’re Looking For
- Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration + motion design
- Experience with Rive or Lottie
- Ability to work with medical/scientific references
- Understanding of vector-first design and mobile performance
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Sensitivity toward pregnancy, maternal health,
and emotionally significant content
⭐ Nice to Have
- Medical/scientific illustration experience
- Experience in pregnancy, fertility, healthcare, or FemTech
- Experience creating scalable visual systems for other designers to build upon
? Engagement Contract / Freelance | Project-based | Remote (India)
Bangalore preferred for occasional collaboration, with IST overlap required.
There is potential for a longer-term engagement as Yashoma grows.
