Position: Module Lead – Qt/C++ User Interface Development

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday-Friday)

Experience: 5 +Years

Package: 20 - 22 LPA

Preferred Qualifications (Education): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Role Overview:

Own the complete UI module from requirement analysis to delivery. Act as the technical owner between customers, system engineering, documentation team and software developers, ensuring all UI requirements are translated into implementable technical work packages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Study RFPs, SRS and customer requirements and derive software/UI requirements.
- Coordinate with system, FPGA, firmware, hardware and QA teams.
- Prepare software requirement documents, UI workflows, interface control documents and task breakdown.
- Review architecture, module design and coding standards.




- Lead a team of Qt/C++ developers and perform code/design reviews.
- Estimate effort, assign tasks and monitor schedules.
- Support customer demonstrations and issue resolution.
- Drive technical decisions for Qt Widgets/QML, multithreading, networking and performance optimization.

Required Technical Skills:

- Expert in Qt5/Qt6, Contemporary C++, Linux, TCP/UDP, multithreading.
- Experience in real-time engineering GUIs and embedded interfaces.
- Strong documentation, leadership and communication skills.
- Experience integrating with embedded hardware and engineering systems.

Minimum Service Agreement:
- 24 months service for below 3 years’ experience candidates.
- 12 months service for above 3 years’ experience candidates.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
