About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Specialist to support business operations through accurate reporting, dashboard creation, data analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills, experience in data management, and the ability to generate actionable insights for business decision-making.

The candidate will work closely with Sales, Alliance, Tender, Operations, and Management teams to maintain reports, track business performance, and support organizational planning.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Reporting & Dashboard Management

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Create and maintain business dashboards for management review.
- Generate sales, tender, alliance, and operational performance reports.
- Track KPIs and business metrics across departments.

Data Analysis & Management

- Collect, validate, and analyse data from multiple sources.
- Maintain accurate databases and master records.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis.

Sales & Business Reporting

- Maintain lead tracking reports.
- Monitor sales pipeline and opportunity status.
- Generate revenue forecast reports.
- Prepare management summaries and business performance reports.

Tender & Alliance Reporting

- Maintain tender trackers and submission status reports.
- Generate bid performance and win/loss analysis reports.
- Track OEM alliances, certifications, and partnership activities.

Management Support

- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management.
- Support monthly review meetings and business planning activities.
- Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.





Data Automation & Process Improvement

- Improve reporting processes and data accuracy.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
- Develop templates and reporting formats for different departments.
- Support implementation of reporting best practices.

Educational Qualification

Experience Required

- 1–3 years of experience in MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, Business Reporting, Sales MIS, Operations MIS, or Management Reporting.
- Experience in IT Services, System Integrators, Technology Companies, BPO/KPO, or Corporate Reporting environments preferred.
