Job Summary

We are looking for an MIS Executive who can prepare and maintain professional Wi-Fi Site Survey Reports, Floor Layouts, Network Connectivity Diagrams, BoQ and project documentation for various telecom/networking projects with technical skills and hands down.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CorelDRAW and image editing, along with good documentation and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Wi-Fi Site Survey Reports based on field survey data.
- Prepare professional Floor Layouts showing AP locations, racks, switches, cable routes and other network infrastructure.
- Prepare Wi-Fi AP deployment layouts for Indoor, Outdoor Wall-Mounted and Pole-Mounted APs.
- Prepare Network Connectivity / Block Diagrams showing:
- ISP/ILL connectivity
- Firewall
- Core/Distribution/PoE Switches
- Racks
- NAS Box
- Access Points
- Fiber/Cat6 uplinks
- Ring topology and other network connections
- Prepare BoQ (Bill of Quantity) based on survey requirements.
- Prepare and maintain Excel trackers, MIS reports and project dashboards.
- Convert raw survey data into professional PPT presentations and technical reports.
- Edit and enhance site photographs, floor plans and survey images as required.
- Highlight AP locations, zones, rack positions, cable routes and other infrastructure on layouts.
- Maintain proper version control and documentation for multiple projects/sites.
- Coordinate with survey engineers/project teams to collect missing information and clarify survey observations.




- Ensure reports are prepared as per the customer's required format and guidelines.
- Review reports before submission to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have

- MS Excel: Advanced formatting, formulas, sorting/filtering, Pivot Tables, data handling and reporting.
- MS PowerPoint: Professional technical presentations, layouts, diagrams and report preparation.
- CorelDRAW: Floor-plan editing, AP/rack placement, drawings and technical layouts.
- Image Editing: Cropping, resizing, annotations, highlighting, marking locations and preparing images for reports.
- Good knowledge of Wi-Fi/networking terminology.

Good to Have:
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi AP planning and site survey documentation.
- Basic understanding of LAN, WAN, Fiber, Cat6, PoE Switch, Firewall, Rack and NAS.
- Understanding of network topology and connectivity diagrams.
- Experience working on telecom/networking/infrastructure projects.

Candidate Profile
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work on multiple site survey reports simultaneously.
- Good coordination with field engineers and project teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Should be comfortable working with technical data, drawings and photographs.
- Should have a good understanding of professional report presentation.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in any relevant discipline. Candidates with BCA, B.Tech, Diploma in IT/Networking/Telecom or equivalent will be preferred.
