- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly IT reports and dashboards.
- Collect, validate, and analyze IT operational data.
- Maintain IT asset, software license, AI subscription, and inventory records.
- Generate management reports using Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Track IT projects, incidents, service requests, and change activities.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with teams to consolidate and validate reporting data.
- Analyze trends and provide actionable business insights.
- Support IT vendor coordination, procurement, and reporting activities.
- Perform other IT coordination and reporting tasks assigned by the IT Lead/Manager.
