We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized MIS Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining management reports, analyzing business data, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring accurate and timely submission of MIS reports.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MS Excel, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Collect, consolidate, verify, and maintain data from various departments.
- Prepare sales, stock, inventory, purchase, expense, and performance reports.
- Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and reporting formats.
- Generate customized reports as required by management.
- Prepare comparison reports against targets, achievements, previous periods, and budgets.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Operations, HR, and other departments for data collection.




- Ensure timely submission of all scheduled MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of reports and supporting data.
- Develop and improve Excel-based reporting systems and dashboards.
- Support management in data analysis and decision-making by providing accurate information.

REQUIRED SKILLS -->Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Management

-->Excellent knowledge of MS Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

- Any Degree
- Candidates with experience in Sales MIS, FMCG/Frozen Food, Distribution, Retail, or ERP-based reporting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
