Role Overview The MIS Executive will play a critical role in supporting the Sales function by ensuring accurate data management, timely reporting, and seamless coordination between the Sales Team and Distributors. This role is part of the Essential Department and focuses on operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Coordination

- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team for daily, weekly, and monthly data requirements
- Track sales performance and share updates with internal stakeholders
- Assist in aligning distributor activities with sales plans
- Follow up with the sales team for pending reports and updates

2. Distributor Coordination

- Maintain regular communication with distributors for stock, orders, and dispatch updates
- Track distributor-wise sales, stock levels, and secondary movement




- Ensure timely sharing of required data and reports from distributors
- Resolve basic coordination issues between distributors and internal teams

3. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
- Generate reports on sales performance, inventory, and targets
- Support management with data insights and analysis

4. Data Management & Process Support

- Maintain organized records of sales and distributor data
- Ensure timely updates in internal systems and trackers
- Support process improvements for better reporting efficiency
- Assist in audits and data validation when required

Key Skills & Competencies

- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Good analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in MIS, Sales Coordination, or similar role
- Experience in retail/FMCG/apparel industry preferred
