We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our Call Centre operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, generating business reports, and providing insights to help improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and analyze data from various call centre systems.

Create, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Develop daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management review.

Track key performance metrics such as call volume, agent productivity, SLA, TAT, etc.

Identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities through data analysis.

Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Workforce teams for data requirements.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Assist in forecasting and performance planning based on historical data.





Support ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests.

Required Skills & Competencies

Power BI expertise is mandatory.

Robust proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Dashboarding, Power Query).

Knowledge of SQL will be an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Good communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹325,000.00 per year
