Job Title : MIS Executive The MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive is responsible for the effective management and maintenance of the company's information systems and ensuring they align with the business objectives. This role involves data analysis, system management, and process optimization to support decision-making in the steel industry. The MIS Executive will work closely with various departments to enhance data accuracy, reporting capabilities, and overall IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Data Management:

Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources within the company.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the MIS systems.

Develop and maintain databases and data systems, including cleaning and filtering data as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for different departments to support business operations and strategic planning.

Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.





Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

System Management:

Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of MIS software and hardware.

Coordinate with IT teams to resolve any issues related to MIS systems.

Ensure data security and compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

Process Optimization:

Work with various departments to understand their MIS needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.

Streamline and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency.

Implement best practices in data management and reporting.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to staff on the use of MIS systems and tools.

Develop user manuals and documentation for MIS systems and processes.

Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving MIS-related issues.

Project Management:

Lead or participate in MIS-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.

Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables.
