Ethane Web Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing digital marketing company specializing in SEO, content marketing, and web solutions. We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an MIS Executive.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Create and manage Excel reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile business data.
- Assist the Managing Director with daily schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
- Maintain confidential records and company documents.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle administrative and coordination responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in MIS, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant roles preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts).
- Positive communication and organizational skills.




- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
