Job Summary

The MIS cum Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurate data entry, maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS), and preparation of reports to support management decision‑making. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in MIS systems, spreadsheets, and databases

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements

- Maintain records related to operations, HR, sales, finance, or other departments

- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency

- Coordinate with different departments to collect required data and information

- Generate dashboards, summaries, and analytical reports using MS Excel

- Ensure timely submission of reports to seniors and management

- Maintain proper documentation and digital filing of data and reports

- Handle confidential company information with integrity and discretion

- Support audits by providing required data and reports

- Perform any other data‑related or administrative tasks assigned by management





Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, basic charts)

- Working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Email tools

- Good typing speed with high accuracy

- Strong analytical and numerical skills

- Ability to work with large volumes of data

- Good organizational and time‑management skills

- Basic understanding of MIS concepts and reporting

- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

- Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BCA preferred)

- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications is an added advantage
