Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst / MIS & Business Intelligence Analyst to support hospital operations through data-driven decision-making. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and presenting operational and financial data across multiple hospitals. This role will help management monitor doctor performance, hospital productivity, target achievement, forecasting, and overall business performance through dashboards and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Daily

Hospital & Doctor Performance Management

Collect and consolidate daily operational data from all hospitals.

Prepare doctor-wise, department-wise, and hospital-wise performance reports.

Track OPD, IPD, diagnostics, procedures, admissions, discharges, revenue, pharmacy, and referrals.

Ensure timely sharing of daily reports with doctors and management.

Validate data accuracy and coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies.

- MIS Reporting & Dashboard Management

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Develop interactive dashboards for management using Excel and Power BI.

Maintain doctor-wise, department-wise, hospital-wise, and area-wise dashboards.

Continuously improve reporting formats for better visualization and decision-making. 3.

Business

Analytics & Performance Monitoring

Maintain Target vs Achievement reports across doctors, departments, hospitals, and regions.





Analyze KPIs and identify performance gaps.

Provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.

Monitor trends and compare current performance with historical data.

- Forecasting & Projections

Prepare monthly and quarterly business projections.

Develop Target vs Achievement vs Projection reports.

Forecast doctor productivity, hospital revenue, and departmental performance.

Identify potential shortfalls and recommend corrective actions. 5.

Management

Presentations

Prepare presentations for daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings.

Create professional charts, graphs, dashboards, and analytical reports.

Support senior management with business review presentations and decision-making reports.

- Data Governance & Quality

Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Maintain master databases and reporting templates.

Standardize KPIs and reporting formats across hospitals.

Maintain confidentiality of operational, financial, and patient-related information. 7.

Stakeholder

Coordination

Coordinate with hospital managers, doctors, finance, operations, HR, and other departments for timely data collection.

Resolve reporting issues and ensure smooth information flow across all locations. Key Deliverables

Ad-hoc Reports as required Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (Statistics/Mathematics), B.Com, BBA, or a related field.

MBA (Business Analytics), MCA, M.Sc. Statistics, Data Analytics, or equivalent will be preferred. Experience

2–5 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Healthcare Analytics, or Hospital MIS.

Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry will be preferred.

Required

Skills

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query, Charts, Conditional Formatting).

Solid knowledge of PowerPoint for management presentations.

Experience with Power BI (preferred).

Knowledge of SQL and ERP/Hospital Information Systems (HIS) will be an advantage.

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Dashboard development and MIS reporting.
