Role & responsibilities:

- Prepare and publish periodic MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.

- Analyse business data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

- Develop interactive dashboards using Power BI.

- Perform data extraction, validation, cleansing, and analysis from multiple business systems.

- Automate recurring reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.

- Monitor key business KPIs and highlight trends, variances, and opportunities.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business review presentations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and report standardization.

- Prepare presentations for leadership reviews, business meetings, and management committees.

- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 2-6 years of proven experience in MIS, Business Analytics or Reporting.

- MBA (Finance / Operations / Business Analytics) preferred

- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Dashboards, Macros preferred)

- Power BI (Mandatory)

- MS PowerPoint

- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP S/4 HANA preferred)

- Basic understanding of SQL would be an added advantage.
