Role Description

We are seeking a Microsoft Full-Stack Developer for a full time, remote role based in India. The developer will design, build, and maintain robust full-stack applications.

Responsibilities include back-end and front-end development, code optimization, implementation of responsive web interfaces using modern frameworks, and collaborating with a team to deliver scalable software solutions. Continuously improving existing systems and ensuring cross-platform compatibility are key aspects of the role.

What You'll Do

- Own and continue development of a production SaaS application with an active user base
- Build and maintain WCF-based microservices across multiple service endpoints
- Develop and enhance an ASP.NET MVC front-end, including Razor Views, Virtual Path Providers, and a dynamic page rendering engine
- Work with a service orchestration layer built on CQRS and message-based patterns
- Design and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and Entity Framework data models
- Maintain and extend integrations with third-party platforms including GIS mapping, e-signature, reporting, distributed caching, and message queuing




- Contribute to DevOps pipelines using MSBuild, MSDeploy, Jenkins, and Bitbucket
- Collaborate directly with product owners and stakeholders

Qualifications

- 7+ years of C# / .NET development experience
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC 5, WCF Services, and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in full-stack and back-end web development, including front-end technologies (C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Sass)
- Solid SQL Server skills — T-SQL, stored procedures, schema design, and performance tuning
- Experience with distributed caching (NCache or Redis) and message queuing (MSMQ)
- Experience with Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC
- Experience with Power BI Embedded for reporting and dashboards
- Experience with IIS, Windows Services, App Pools, and server-side deployment
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices (Agile, SDLC, code reviews)
- Experience with JIRA/Confluence/ADO
- Ability to write well-structured, maintainable, and scalable code
- Ability to read existing code and system architecture
- Use of AI tools in development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
- Ability to read, understand, and take ownership of an existing codebase with minimal documentation
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
