We at Coforge are hiring for a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect with the following skillset:

- Lead solution architecture and design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
- Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and scalability.
- Ensure adherence to Microsoft's best practices, governance standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
- Develop and enhance reusable assets, frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Drive the upskilling of technical leads on new Dynamics 365 features, capabilities, and emerging technologies.




- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12+ years of experience implementing and managing enterprise-level CRM solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
- 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and solution architecture.
- Working knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with data migration, security modeling, integration design, and user adoption strategies.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and facilitating client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain/CRM modules)
