Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; SCM + WMS Consultant

Experience: 12+ years

Location: PAN India

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) SCM + Warehouse Management (WMS) Consultant with robust expertise in Supply Chain Management, Advanced Warehouse Management, and end-to-end D365 F&O; implementations. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across SCM and WMS modules.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and conduct Fit-Gap Analysis.
- Configure and implement SCM and Advanced Warehouse Management solutions.
- Design warehouse processes, location directives, work templates, reservation hierarchies, and mobile device workflows.
- Support Procurement, Inventory, Product Information Management, and Sales processes.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, and solution documentation.
- Lead SIT, UAT, go-live, hypercare,



and production support activities.
- Work with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and data migration.
- Provide user training and business process guidance.
- Drive end-to-end D365 F&O; implementations and global rollouts.
