Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales customization, administration, configuration, and development.

The ideal candidate should possess a balanced mix of functional consulting and technical development skills, capable of understanding business requirements, configuring Dynamics 365 Sales applications, and delivering custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Dataverse technologies.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to design, implement, and support enterprise CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
- Configure Dynamics 365 Sales applications based on business requirements.
- Design and implement Lead, Prospect, Account, Contact, and Sales Process Management solutions.
- Create and customize Forms, Views, Dashboards, Business Rules, and Business Process Flows.
- Support UAT, user training, deployment, and post-production activities.
- Prepare solution design documents, user stories,



and functional specifications.

Technical Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Plugins using C# and .NET.
- Customize Dynamics 365 using JavaScript and client-side scripting.
- Design and implement Custom Workflow Activities, Actions, Business Rules, and Power Automate Flows.
- Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and external applications using Web API, REST APIs, and Dataverse.
- Create and maintain Model-Driven Apps using Power Platform.
- Work with Ribbon Workbench and Command Bar customizations.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Support solution deployment across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
