– Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) - Technical Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in designing, implementing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in D365 Finance & Operations (F&O;), Customer Engagement (CE/CRM), Power Platform, Azure integrations, and enterprise digital transformation projects. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 applications.
- Implement and customize D365 modules including Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations, and HR.
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, PCF controls, and Power Automate flows.
- Integrate D365 with third-party applications using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
- Develop extensions using X++, C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and Power Platform.
- Configure security roles,



business processes, forms, views, dashboards, and reports.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
- Perform data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF), SSIS, KingswaySoft, Azure Data Factory, or Dual Write.
- Work with DevOps pipelines for CI/CD deployments.
- Collaborate with functional consultants during fit-gap analysis and solution design.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and implementation.
- Strong experience with enterprise ERP and CRM implementations.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 customization and extension development.
- Hands-on experience integrating D365 with enterprise applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
