We’re a fast-growing Performance Marketing Agency focused on E-Commerce , and we’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Ads Media Buyer to join our team.

Our team is young, ambitious, and focused on getting strong results for our clients. If you have solid Microsoft Ads and Google Ads experience , have worked with a lot of e-commerce clients , and know how to scale campaigns profitably, you’re going to fit right in.

This is an Individual Contractor position.

? What You'll Do:

- Manage Microsoft Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands from setup through ongoing optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS and overall account performance.
- Identify opportunities for growth across campaigns, products, keywords, and audiences.
- Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and performance issues when they come up.
- Work across both Microsoft Ads and Google Ads , applying learnings from one platform to improve performance on the other.





? Who You Are:

- Experienced: You have at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Ads , preferably in an agency environment.
- Google Ads Experience: You also have solid hands-on experience with Google Ads , particularly Search and Shopping.
- E-Commerce Focused: You have extensive experience working with e-commerce clients and understand the challenges of scaling online stores profitably.
- Data-Driven: You’re comfortable analyzing account performance and turning data into clear actions.
- Independent: You can manage multiple accounts without constant supervision, stay organized, and take ownership of your clients.
- Proactive: You spot problems and opportunities yourself and take action instead of waiting to be told what to do.
- Strong Communicator: Your English is excellent , both written and spoken.
