We’re hiring a MICE Sales Manager to own client acquisition, revenue growth, and partnership development in the corporate travel ecosystem.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end MICE sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal design to contract negotiation and client onboarding.
- Build and manage relationships with corporate HR, procurement, and event teams to secure recurring MICE contracts.
- Partner with internal operations to align pricing, venue sourcing, and logistics with client budgets and requirements.
- Design and pitch custom MICE packages — blending destinations, venues, activities, and experiential elements for client ROI.




- Track pipeline metrics (conversion rate, deal size, sales cycle length) and optimize outreach based on performance.
- Represent the brand at industry events, tradeshows, and client summits to expand market visibility and network.
