About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven and creative Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be generating quality leads, increasing bookings, driving retail sales, and maximizing ROAS across multiple salon locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for salon services, memberships, and promotional offers.
- Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Create audience strategies including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Coordinate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and videos.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
- Install, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and present weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

Requirements




- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of generating leads and achieving positive ROAS.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or local business campaigns.
- Ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions independently.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, luxury, or hospitality marketing is an added advantage.
