IncrediPets is a fast-growing pet-care company. We are hiring a Meta Ads Specialist to own and scale our paid social performance across Facebook and Instagram.
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (on-site)
Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: 2-3 years hands-on with Meta Ads
Compensation: up to INR 6 LPA (6 lakh per annum), based on experience
What you will do
Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns end to end.
Own budgets, audience targeting, creative testing, and daily optimization toward CPL and ROAS goals.
Monitor performance in Ads Manager, report on key metrics, and iterate quickly.
Partner with the creative team on ad concepts and copy.
What we are looking for
2-3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads.
Strong grasp of campaign structure, audiences, pixel and CAPI, and A/B testing.
Comfortable working in office from our Gurugram office.
Analytical, data-driven, and proactive.
