About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven

Meta Ads Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. You will be responsible for generating quality leads, maximizing ROI, and driving measurable business growth for multiple client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

and

Google Ads

.

- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.

- Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.

- Monitor campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

- Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize performance.

- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.

- Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and campaign requirements.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

- Handle multiple client accounts while ensuring timely campaign execution and optimization.





Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

- Strong hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager and

Google Ads

.

- Good understanding of campaign objectives, targeting strategies, and conversion tracking.

- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in a digital marketing agency will be preferred.

Preferred Skills

- Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign experience.

- Lead Generation and E-commerce campaign management.

- Knowledge of Google Looker Studio is an added advantage.

- Basic understanding of landing page optimization and CRO.
