Work Mode: Work from Office Only

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Timing: 11:00 AM – 07:30 PM (General Shift)

Interview Mode: Walk-in / Face-to-Face

Key Responsibilities: -

Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, design & deploy targeted, full-fledged advertising campaigns across digital channels

Audience & Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research & audience analysis to identify high-converting customer segments

Budgeting & Spend Management: Propose justifiable campaign budgets and actively monitor total expenditure to ensure maximum efficiency

Live Optimization: Continuously track performance metrics,



conversion rates & audience responses to edit and update ad copy, visuals & targeting in real time

ROI & ROAS Tracking: Rigorously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), return on ad spend (ROAS) & overall return on investment (ROI)

Reporting & Analytics: Prepare comprehensive post-campaign reports & analytical insights to evaluate marketing performance and guide future strategy

Requirements

Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

Strong analytical mindset with clear experience managing ad budgets & optimizing for ROAS/ROI

Proficiency with digital analytics tools, tracking pixels & conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Excellent problem-solving skills and data-backed decision-making abilities
