Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior MERN Stack Developer with solid technical expertise and leadership abilities to join our growing team at Datanova. The ideal candidate will not only be an expert in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack but also possess excellent client communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Lead project execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain coding best practices.

- Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (designers, QA, PMs) to ensure smooth project execution.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.

- Manage priorities, timelines, and ensure proper project documentation.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Requirements





- 3-6 years of strong experience in MERN Stack development.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and Git.

- Strong knowledge of React.js hooks, Redux, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience in frontend optimization and backend scalability.

- Excellent client communication skills with ability to gather and analyze requirements.

- Strong management leadership skills to handle team and projects independently.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
