We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 46 years of experience in building scalable web applications using the MERN stack. The ideal candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, hands-on system design experience, and a passion for building high-quality products.

### Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.
- Write clean, testable, and high-performance code following engineering best practices.
- Review code, mentor team members, and drive engineering excellence.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. ### Required Skills
- 46 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Excellent understanding of REST APIs, authentication,



and microservices architecture.
- Experience with MongoDB and relational databases.
- Solid knowledge of system design, design patterns, scalability, caching, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker.
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

### Good to Have

- Knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, LangChain, LangGraph, or AI agent frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases, prompt engineering, or AI-powered applications.
