Notice Period: Immediate iSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of MERN Stack Developer.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer to build scalable and responsive web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The role involves end-to-end development, API integration, UI/UX enhancement, performance optimization, debugging, code reviews, and collaboration with cross-functional and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.





Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs to support application functionalities.

Ensure high-quality UI/UX by developing pixel-perfect front-end applications.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.

Write clean, maintainable, and effective code, following best practices.

Collaborate with the DevOps team for CI/CD pipelines and deployments.

Required Skills

Proficient in MERN stack, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

Experience with Redux/Context API, REST APIs, GraphQL (preferred)

Strong MongoDB database skills

Familiar with Git, UI frameworks (Material-UI/Bootstrap)

Exposure to Docker, AWS (a plus)

Agile environment experience, strong problem-solving skills.
