Experience - 1 to 4 years experience(CA/MBA) in investment banking, corporate development, corporate finance, transaction advisory or similar

IT/ITES sector knowledge is explicit advantage

Job Summary / Overview The Analyst, M&A; will support the M&A; team in assessing and pursuing buy-side acquisitions. The role focuses on supporting the end-to-end deal life cycle, including deal sourcing, target evaluation, due diligence, and transaction execution. The Analyst will work closely with senior team members and cross-functional stakeholders to prepare analyses and materials that inform decision-making. The role may also include support for post-closing integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the sourcing and maintenance of a pipeline of deal activity and potential acquisition targets
- Assist with strategic and financial assessments of acquisition targets, including market and industry research
- Support due diligence efforts, including coordination with third-party advisors and the tracking of information requests
- Build and maintain financial models, including operational and M&A; models, valuation analyses, and return analyses




- Assist in the preparation of diligence analyses, investment theses, executive briefing materials, and Board approval decks
- Maintain trackers, action-item lists, and deal documentation to keep workstreams organized and on schedule
- Provide support for post-closing integration planning and execution as required

Skills & Competencies
- Strong MS Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Solid understanding of financial statements, with hands-on experience in operational and M&A; financial modeling
- Demonstrated ownership, with the ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and apply strong analytical skills to keep timelines on track
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all deliverables
- Flexibility and the ability to work across and manage global time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Good to have experience with databases such as Capital IQ, PitchBook
- Must have knowledge on advanced excel and PowerPoint
