Role Description The Merchandiser role at Marudhar Chemicals is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. The Merchandiser will coordinate with furniture exporters and retail partners to promote the company’s coating products, ensure appropriate product selection, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Daily responsibilities include visiting clients, presenting product ranges, gathering market feedback, monitoring inventory and display quality,



and supporting sales initiatives to increase product visibility and orders. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to implement merchandising plans, track performance, and support promotional activities in line with brand and customer requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to manage product placement, drive orders, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to assist with promotional activities, product presentations, and market positioning.
- Relevant experience in merchandising, furniture, coatings, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for client visits, and manage time and priorities independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
