Role Description The Merchandiser will manage the product lifecycle for denim ranges, including planning assortments, coordinating sampling, and ensuring timely production and delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with buyers and retailers, monitoring sales performance, and recommending replenishments and product changes based on demand and market trends.

The role involves close collaboration with design, production, and sales teams to align collections with customer needs and brand positioning.



The Merchandiser will also analyze market data, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills for coordinating with buyers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Customer Service and Retail experience to understand store requirements, consumer preferences, and visual merchandising standards.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support product positioning, promotions, and relationship-building with key accounts.
- Ability to analyze sales data, trends, and inventory reports to optimize assortments and stock levels.
- Prior experience in apparel or textile merchandising, preferably in denim, is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple orders, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic merchandising software or ERP tools.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile, Business, or a related field is preferred.
