Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain sales forecasts and inventory plans.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and business performance.
- Monitor stock levels and recommend replenishment strategies.
- Create assortment, allocation, and replenishment plans to meet business objectives.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to inventory and sales performance.




- Collaborate with buyers, merchandisers, suppliers, and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-through, stock turn, inventory aging, and forecast accuracy.
- Prepare regular planning reports and present insights to management.
- Support seasonal planning, budgeting, and open-to-buy processes (OTB)
- Recommend actions to improve inventory productivity and profitability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in planning, merchandising, inventory management, or supply chain.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP, planning, or inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
