Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Merchandiser to manage end-to-end merchandising activities including product development, sourcing, vendor coordination, planning, pricing, inventory and product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with design, sourcing, production and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of commercially successful products while maintaining quality, cost and margin targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end merchandising from product concept to market launch.
- Coordinate with design, sourcing, production and quality teams for product development.
- Develop seasonal assortments and product range plans based on market trends and business requirements.
- Liaise with suppliers and factories for sampling, costing, order execution and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate pricing and support margin optimization initiatives.
- Monitor purchase orders, production status and inventory to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Analyze sales performance, customer demand and market trends to recommend assortment improvements.
- Maintain product specifications, BOMs and merchandising documentation.
- Support product placement, category planning and launch activities.
- Build robust vendor relationships and ensure compliance with quality standards
