Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage orders from overseas buyers, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

- Coordinate with production team to ensure garment manufacturing meets buyer requirements.

- Develop strong relationships with international clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.

- Oversee embroidery work, including design development and execution.

- Collaborate with merchandisers to plan product lines based on market trends and customer needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in high fashion ladies' wear merchandising or a related field.

- Solid knowledge of garments, embroideries, and overseas markets (Europe & USA).

- Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
