About the Job

Avconexpo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented MEPF Design Engineer to join our Engineering & Design team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting (MEPF) systems for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects.

The role involves delivering productive, code-compliant, and sustainable building services solutions while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle—from concept development to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting (MEPF) systems for Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects.
- Prepare Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC and Utility layouts, BOQs, technical specifications, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Project Management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and industry standards.
- Provide technical support during site execution, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants for equipment selection and technical evaluations.
- Optimise MEPF systems for functionality, energy efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.




- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality and engineering standards.

Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in MEPF Design and project coordination.
- Experience in Industrial, Commercial, and Residential projects is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP will be an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Building Utility Systems .
- Sound understanding of technical standards, NBC, IS Codes, Fire & Life Safety regulations, and industry best practices .
- Knowledge of Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical compliance requirements .
- Ability to prepare BOQs, P&IDs;, technical specifications, and construction documentation .
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
