Job Overview

Baseline is looking for MEPF BIM Modellers with experience in industrial and commercial projects. The role involves developing and maintaining BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for MEPF systems using Revit MEP.
- Prepare detailed layouts, sections, elevations, and construction/shop drawings.
- Model HVAC, piping, plumbing, electrical, and firefighting systems as per project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, civil/structural engineers, MEP designers, and other project teams.
- Perform clash detection and support multidisciplinary coordination using Navisworks.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions, project requirements, and site inputs.
- Prepare drawing sheets, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models.
- Ensure models comply with project standards, LOD requirements, and client specifications.
- Maintain proper model documentation, drawing records, and version control.
- Participate in coordination meetings and resolve model-related technical issues.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical,



Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MEPF BIM Modelling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, electrical, and firefighting systems.
- Experience in preparing BIM models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Experience in industrial and commercial projects will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
