Position: MEP Quantity Surveyor – Pre-Contract

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Bangalore

Industry: Commercial Interior Fit-Out / MEP

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle pre-contract MEP quantity surveying and estimation activities.
- Prepare BOQ, quantity take-off, cost estimates and rate analysis for MEP works.
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents.
- Prepare and evaluate tenders, quotations and commercial comparisons.
- Coordinate with MEP consultants, vendors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Conduct vendor/subcontractor rate negotiation and finalization.
- Identify scope gaps, variations and commercial risks during tender stage.
- Prepare tender summaries, cost sheets and commercial proposals.
- Support project teams during handover from pre-contract to execution.
- Ensure accurate estimation and cost planning within project budgets.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel and QS/estimation software preferred.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / MEP / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong experience in MEP pre-contract QS / estimation.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Good understanding of MEP BOQ, drawings, specifications, tendering and rate analysis.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
- Willingness to work from office/site as required.

Pay: ₹10,859.78 - ₹100,000.00 per month
